Listed taxis and tours are available as quoted from Deep Cove. If you have a specific pickup location text or call me with your trip plan so I can put together a specific quote or estimate for you. 

If you have booked a trip for yourself and or your own group it will just be you and those you booked for on the boat. 

Open alcohol is not permitted on the boat for insurance and safety reasons.

A $40 cancellation fee applies with reasonable notice.

Text or call me about the taxi or tour you want to take or tell me about your plan for a custom trip. After this I can schedule your booking with you. 

I am usually flexible with my operating hours, although I prefer to avoid trips after dusk when possible. Early morning trips are welcomed. I'd recommend that the morning or mid-morning is the ideal time to be out on the water. During these hours, you'll typically encounter the least amount of boat traffic and experience smoother, calmer waters. 

Trips after dusk or before first light incur double the cost compared to daytime trips.

My preference for payments is through e-transfer but accept most card payments through Square. Receipts are available and can be emailed on request.

I have a minimum charge of $181 plus tax. Trip rates are determined by the total time and distance, which includes the travel time to the pickup location from base, the tour or trip, and the return travel time back to base. For trips after dusk or before first light, the cost is doubled. 

The prices listed are flat rates for the entire boat, regardless of the number of passengers.

There is a maximum of 6 passengers on the boat or 7 persons including myself. If your group exceeds six persons, I can accommodate larger groups by scheduling separate boat trips at different times, upon request.

Cove Boat Taxi consists of just me as the captain and one boat. I don't have employees or set scheduled trips; all trips are chartered upon request.

Sharing costs with more passengers (up to 6) significantly reduces prices for everyone on a taxi or tour.

Please keep in mind gas boats are 5-10 times less efficient than cars, and have many additional expenses.
